We're on the hunt for an experienced and skilled Key Account Manager to become a trusted and strategic partner to our tier 1 clients. 

You will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining a portfolio of important customers. Fostering these key relationships and ensuring retention, growth and ongoing value for mutual satisfaction 

We need someone who's focused on providing value through identifying and understanding our customers needs, providing solutions, exceeding customer expectations and providing an excellent level of customer experience and service.

Your ability to leverage strategic sales approaches and initiatives to build adoption and value for our customers is something you have proven ability in. 

You will report directly to the State Sales Manager and work collaboratively with our Photography Manager, Marketing Department and our HQ in Bangkok. You will be an integral part to our teams success and shifting the industry standard of property marketing content.

Key Responsibilities?

  • Establish, build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Enrich the relationship with key stakeholders of our key accounts 
  • Provide our customers with exceptional, tier 1 customer experiences
  • Identify ways to increase adoption of our products within key accounts
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive adoption, influence uptake and behaviour 
  • Identify ways we can improve for our customers and challenge the status quo
  • Manage lead pipeline and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Manage and grow existing business
  • Uncover and generate new business 
  • Negotiate and sign partnership agreements  

Who Are You?

  • Experienced in the management and growth of key accounts (3+ years experience in sales)
  • Strategic in your approach to portfolio management and portfolio planning
  • Strong listener in identifying customers needs and challenges
  • Goal orientated and results driven
  • Ambitious and resilient
  • Organised and have an eye for detail
  • Collaborative
  • Exposure to real estate preferred

Since you will be driving to meet our customers you must have a NSW drivers license and your own car.
