The Customer Solutions Team is the first point of contact for our Real Estate customers around the world. We are about 20 people in the team who support Scandinavia, Germany and Australia and give customer service in 5 different languages. Our team uses their exceptional customer service and problem solving skills to communicate via phone, e-mail and chat answering a wide range of questions about our products & services.
Our products that we provide are innovative, but you don’t need to have a technical background to master this role -we have great systems for that. It’s all about communicating effectively with the customer and building long lasting relationships. We do this by adding a personal touch to everything we do!
