🚀 We’re hiring a high-performing account manager
This role is more than just managing accounts—it’s about driving real business growth. You’ll take ownership of approximately 40 existing clients across Victoria, South Australia, and Western Australia, building deeper adoption and delivering stronger results. Importantly, 50% of your role will be focused on new business development—prospecting, pitching, and bringing in new opportunities to expand our reach.

✨ Your Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow usage and meet revenue targets
Increase adoption within existing accounts while actively securing new business
Build trusted, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
Monitor account health, identify insights, and take proactive steps to drive engagement and retention
Use consultative selling to match client needs with tailored Diakrit solutions
Lead product adoption and usage initiatives across your portfolio
Challenge the status quo and identify smarter ways to deliver value
Conduct disciplined 90-day account reviews to ensure continued value, training, and alignment
Manage your sales pipeline with a strong focus on performance and accountability
Negotiate and close partnership agreements
Maintain accurate CRM records and use data to inform strategy and activity
🧠 What You’ll Bring:
2+ years’ experience in account management and/or new business development
Proven ability to drive sales growth and expand client accounts
Experience in real estate or a property-adjacent industry (preferred)
A growth mindset and openness to coaching and development
Strong communication and influencing skills across varied stakeholders
A team player who is goal-oriented and committed to both personal and team growth
Confidence in delivering product training and presenting to groups
A dynamic, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment

You’ll need a current Victorian driver's license and your own car, as you’ll be on the road visiting clients across the state.
Some interstate travel is required quarterly in managing your South Australian and Western Australian customers.
