หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

ผลิตวิดีโออสังหาริมทรัพย์ตามมาตรฐานของบริษัท โดยเน้นจุดเด่นของอสังหาริมทรัพย์
ซึ่งรวมถึง:

• การเรียบเรียงฟุตเทจดิบ

• การเลือกช็อต

• การตัดต่อเป็นลำดับเรื่อง

• การจัดการเสียงและบทพูด

• การเลือกและตัดต่อเพลง

• การปรับสี (Color grading)

• การ export ไฟล์ตามสเปค

• ทำงานร่วมกับ Video Production Lead เพื่อพัฒนา workflow และขยายธุรกิจวิดีโอในตลาดต่าง ๆ

• ดูแลให้คุณภาพงานและระยะเวลาการส่งงานเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานในสภาพแวดล้อมที่รวดเร็ว

ทักษะที่ต้องการ

• มีประสบการณ์ใช้งาน Adobe Creative Suite โดยเฉพาะ Premiere Pro, After Effects และ Photoshop (พื้นฐานก็เพียงพอ)

• เข้าใจคำศัพท์ทางเทคนิคเกี่ยวกับการตัดต่อ ภาพยนตร์ และอุปกรณ์กล้อง

• หากมีทักษะด้านถ่ายภาพหรือวิดีโอ จะเป็นข้อได้เปรียบ

• ใช้ภาษาไทยได้คล่อง และมีภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดี เพื่อสื่อสารกับทีมและลูกค้าทั่วโลก

• สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันและกำหนดเวลาที่จำกัดได้

The Team

Join a team of talented and creative video editors in establishing a higher standard of video production for our customers across the world. We are looking for a passionate worker who is eager to put their expertise to the test.

We believe that you have a passion for creativity and video editing. With high attention to detail, you take pride in making sure all your work is of the highest standard. You are regularly on the lookout for new editing styles and techniques to really push your own skills.

This role will require you to be self-motivated and responsible in organising your work.

A positive attitude and being eager to learn new things, along with being open to constructive criticism will see you excel in this role.

In your role, you will:

• Produce real estate property videos to our standard, highlighting the best features to make the property stand out. This will involve: Assembly of raw footage, selecting shots to use, combining shots into a sequence, handling of dialogue and speaking appropriately, selection and cutting of music, colour grading, and exporting to specifications.

• Work under our Video Production Lead to assist on initiatives that improve our workflow and help grow our video production business across our markets.

• Ensure quality standards and timelines are being met in a fast paced industry.

Skills Required

• Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite, in particular: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop (Only basic knowledge required).

• Understanding of technical terms with regards to editing, film, and camera gear.

• Photography/Videography skills are an advantage in having a good eye for composition.

• Being fluent in Thai and a high level of English will also be essential in helping you understand our clients needs and in communicating with our global team.

• Ability to work under pressure and towards tight deadlines.
