We’re now hiring a Financial Controller to take ownership of our finance operations globally. This is a Thailand-based role, with full relocation and visa support available.

In this role, you’ll work across all areas of the business to sharpen your commercial acumen while embedding best-practice compliance, systems, and training across a remote finance team of six.
What you will be doing
As Financial Controller, you will take full ownership of our global accounting and finance operations. Your mandate is twofold: ensure financial accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across the group, and build a high-performing finance function through continuous improvement and team development.
You will dive into the details, resolve root causes of issues, and implement sustainable solutions. Your strong analytical and communication skills will enable you to work effectively across functions and geographies, fostering alignment and clarity.
Beyond operational excellence, you will play a critical role in advancing our business performance and planning framework. Your insights will guide decision-making at executive level, helping the leadership team focus on what matters most.
Key responsibilities
Own the Group Financial Reporting Cycle
Oversee end-to-end general ledger accounting, Group consolidation, cross border invoicing and monthly financial reporting across 20 legal entities in 8 countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. Prepare for audit purposes well drafted financial accounting position papers to support positions taken on complex accounting matters.Statutory and Regulatory Compliance
Manage statutory reporting, audit processes, and corporate tax obligations across multiple jurisdictions in partnership with local advisors and outsourced providers.Treasury & Cash Management
Lead treasury operations including weekly cashflow forecasting, liquidity planning, and banking oversight, ensuring proactive management of group-wide funding and payment cycles.ERP Ownership (NetSuite)
Act as system owner for NetSuite. Drive configuration improvements, enforce process governance, and identify automation opportunities to streamline financial operations by working closely with other impacted teams.Business Performance & Decision Support
Deliver actionable insights through enhanced business performance reporting, dashboards, and variance analysis to support executive and operational decision-making.Process Improvement & Controls
Identify and implement scalable finance processes and internal controls to support the company’s growth, including leveraging automation and best practices across the group.Team Leadership
Lead and develop a global, remote finance team comprising 6 internal accountants and multiple outsourced service providers. Foster accountability, knowledge sharing, and high performance.

You’re a detail-obsessed, hands-on finance professional who loves building great processes and empowering great people. You bring a strong foundation in accounting, a passion for problem solving, and the ability to translate data into direction. You enjoy working across cultures, leading teams, and making continuous improvements that scale.
You have at least 5 years' experience in financial control or business finance roles, ideally in a multinational environment. You’re confident in the numbers, curious about the business, and eager to make a real impact.
Must-haves:
Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial or business control
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Proven ability to influence stakeholders using financial insights
Bangkok-based or open to relocating — we provide full relocation and visa support
You’ll also bring:
Deep expertise in financial reporting, group consolidation, and statutory compliance (IFRS knowledge essential)
ERP experience — Oracle NetSuite preferred but not essential
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems or BI tools for automation and analysis
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, cross-cultural mindset
The flexibility to work across time zones with a globally distributed team
A high degree of independence, initiative, and ownership
