DIAKRIT is looking for Customer Solutions Coordinators for our New Zealand team in Bangkok

Our department is growing and we are now looking for service minded people to join our Customer Solutions team supporting New Zealand from the heart of Bangkok. Your day will be focused on servicing a large real estate market in New Zealand. This means using your exceptional customer service and problem solving skills, to communicate via phone, e-mail and live chat answering a wide range of questions about our products & services. You will be the first point of contact for our clients.

We are looking for someone who always has the customer in focus and has a true passion for giving excellent service. Our products that we provide are innovative, but you don’t need to have a technical background to master this role -we have great systems for that. It’s all about communicating effectively with the customer to resolve any queries quickly and efficiently. You know how to solve challenges that arise in the course of a busy work day and you appreciate being part of a team with dedicated members.


• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Bachelor or equivalent education/professional experience
• Experience from a customer service environment
• Excellent customer contact skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to prioritise, organise and work well under pressure
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining an unwavering commitment to customer service
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team
• Strong desire to have fun at work
• Intermediate or advanced computer skills
• Experience in Zendesk or similar Customer Solutions ticketing tool is a bonus

DIAKRIT’s Customer Solutions team is located on the 32nd floor in the heart of Bangkok in an open office environment.

Additional information:

Since we support New Zealand, we need to be New Zealand, which means our business hours are 2:30am -11:30am Thai local time, Monday-Friday as standard and daylight saving hours where applicable.
