We're looking for an experienced and skilled Key Account Manager to nurture and grow our valued tier 1 clients.
To be successful you will have proven skills in the management of key accounts, identifying and understanding customers needs and challenges, providing solutions and demonstrating a passion for customer centricity.
We’re looking for someone who knows how to deeply immerse themselves in key accounts, gaining a thorough understanding of their unique needs and requirements. As the ambassador of our brand within the portfolio, you will represent us with confidence, professionalism and find opportunities to positively promote the value of our solutions and partnership at scale.
The ideal candidate will likely have a knack and a track record of strategically growing market share, growing adoption and usage within accounts and have examples of successful outcomes from key initiatives and influential activity.
You will report directly to the Head of Sales - Australia and work collaboratively with photography, production, marketing and sales departments.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Developing and maintaining strategic account plans to grow business and meet key sales metrics and targets
Growing your existing portfolio of customers while uncovering and generating new business
Managing top tier relationships
Monitoring and analysing key account performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and proactively address any issues or concerns
Effectively identifying customers needs and gaps to sell in our offering
Identifying and implementing sales strategies to drive adoption, influence uptake and highlight the value of our products
Identifying ways we can improve for our customers and challenge the status quo
Effectively managing your pipeline to achieve key financial metrics and targets
Negotiating and signing partnership agreements
Use data to drive decision making and activity
Effectively managing your pipeline to achieve key financial metrics
Maintaining CRM accuracy
What We’d Love to See
2+ years experience in key account management
Experience in a real estate related role advantageous
Experience in delivering product training to large audiences
Experience selling B2B and with senior stakeholders
