The real estate market in Queensland is thriving and we’re looking for a skilled Account Manager to not only harness the opportunity to grow a portfolio with new customers but to nurture and retain our existing customers.
To be successful in this role, you should be skilled in both new business and excellent customer care. You must be able to identify customers needs and challenges, provide solutions, be strategic and operate with a customer centric approach.
The ideal candidate will likely have a knack and a track record of strategically growing market share, growing adoption and usage within customer accounts and have examples of successful outcomes from key initiatives and influential activity.
You will report directly to the Head of Sales - Australia and work collaboratively with our international team, which includes the photography, production, marketing, and sales departments.
Your Key responsibilities will include:
Strategically plan to grow our footprint and acquire new business across Queensland
Effectively identify customers needs and gaps to sell in our offering
Enrich, build and maintain strong customer relationships
Identify and implement sales strategies to drive adoption, influence uptake and highlight the value of our products
Identify ways we can improve for our customers and challenge the status quo
Effectively manage your pipeline to achieve key financial metrics
Negotiate and sign partnership agreements
Use data to drive decision making and activity
Effectively manage a pipeline to achieve key financial metric
Maintain CRM accuracy
What We’d Love to See
3+ years experience in sales account management, customer success or similar titled roles
Experience in a real estate related role advantageous
Experience in delivering product training to large audiences
Experience selling B2B and with senior stakeholders
