Team Leader Nordics, Customer Solutions

We are looking for a Team Leader for the Customer Solutions Nordics team with the responsibility for day-to-day operations and employees.

You will cooperate with Residential Production, Residential Sales, COPS, HR & IT and will report to the Head of Customer Relations.  

As a Customer Solutions Team Leader at DIAKRIT, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Day-to-day operations; secure staffing and distribute workload; ensure that quality standards and timelines are met: make sure motivation and performance levels are maintained
  • Plan, monitor and follow up on work and act when progress deviates
  • Report daily work, work capacity, trends and employee performance to the immediate manager
  • Drive the development of the department’s processes, routines and documentation to ensure customer experience is at the center of what we do
  • Handle escalated issues, as necessary; or provide support to the team to empower them to handle the issues without escalation. Work with other departments to resolve escalated issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Hire, develop and evaluate staff, including handling correction action when necessary
  • Provide orientation and training for new employees
  • Follow up and provide performance feedback to staff on individual KPIs and other goals
  • Impact co-workers as a leader through leading by example: being accessible, facilitate team meetings, inform about ad hoc changes or assignments, support coworkers in their daily work, show passion and commitment to DIAKRIT.

To be successful in this role we believe you have at least two years of experience from a customer service or call center environment working B2B. Previous experience as a team leader is a plus but not a requirement.

  • Ability to delegate and follow up on results
  • Ability to motivate and empower other people
  • High integrity
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Excellent skills in MS Office tools
