Flying in from Bangkok, Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane, the Australian team all gathered in Sydney for a 2-day workshop. We reflected on the first year in the Australian market, and moving forward as a strong team to create even greater success. The workshops, which ran from June 8-9th, involved a lot of exercises to get the group interacting with the different departments, some who had never met face to face before.
There were many ideas discussed and great initiatives taken on board, to make sure we firmly cement our footprint within the Australian real estate market, and stay connected as a team working in different parts of the world. As our Business Development Manager - Australia put it, “...we’re creating a best practice customer experience footprint for the world to copy, but never catch!
