Strategic Sales Manager - Bangkok

DIAKRIT is the global leader in digital real estate marketing, proudly partnering with more than 2000 major real estate clients around the world. We were established in Sweden in 2001 and have since grown to a team of over 500 employees across our offices in Australia, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, New Zealand and Bangkok. 

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Strategic Sales Department, located at our Head Office in Bangkok. You will be responsible for coaching and developing our global sales staff as well as being responsible for Business Intelligence (BI) supporting our strategic sales initiatives. You will also be responsible for one direct report, a Sales & Market Data Analyst.

 You will work closely with the Managing Directors and global sales teams in Australia & New Zealand and Scandinavia and will report directly to our Executive VP & Managing Director Residential. There will be opportunities to travel to our Global Sales Offices to participate in local sales trainings and activities.

As a Strategic Sales Manager at DIAKRIT, you will: 

  • Coach and train all field sales staff and follow up on specific KPIs
  • Be involved in the budget and forecast process for Sales Managers
  • Be responsible for the Sales CRM System Nutshell including training and follow up on user progress
  • Be responsible for providing market & customer data analysis and turn it into actionable insights
  • Research market shares, competitors, products & solution trends and R&D within our industry
  • Participate in various business projects with BI driven data    

Could this be you?

You have extensive experience from B2B sales and a passion for sales methodology and coaching other sales staff to perform their best. You are used to working with technology driven processes (BI & CRM) for analyzing data and know how to turn it into actionable insights to reach better and optimized business decisions.

To succeed in the role, we believe you have:

  • Extensive B2B sales experience, preferably from IT/Tech/Web/real estate industry
  • Excellent track record of coaching and training sales teams, setting KPIs and follow up to make sure targets are reached
  • Experience of conducting market research
  • An analytical mindset and ability to transfer data to useful insights
  • Advanced Excel skills and a keen eye for details
  • Experience from BI & CRM tools & systems and aptitude for working with data
  • High level of business English proficiency (reading & writing)
  • University degree in Business Administration or similar is preferred
