Assistant Team Leader ANZ, Customer Solutions

We are looking for an Assistant Team Leader for the ANZ Customer Solutions team who will assist the Team Leader in day-to-day operations.

You will cooperate with Residential Production, Residential Sales, Human Resources & IT and will report to the Team Leader of Customer Relations. 

As an Assistant Team Leader, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Assist Team Leader with day-to-day operations; distribute workload; ensure that quality standards and timelines are met: making sure motivation and performance levels are maintained
  • Assist Team Leader with escalated issues, as necessary; or provide support the team to empower them to handle the issues. Work with other departments to resolve escalated issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist Team Leader in providing orientation and training for new employees
  • Assist Team Leader in review ticket quality, listening to calls and provide feedback
  • Report daily work, work capacity, trends and employee performance to the immediate manager
  • Inspire co-workers as a leader through leading by example
  • Clearly communicate with co-workers within and outside the department
  • Handle tasks assigned to you by your immediate manager

To apply for this position you have to have previous experience within DIAKRIT Customer Solutions or equivalent.

We are looking for: 

  • Excellent experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Word/PowerPoint/Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in requested languages
  • Excellent knowledge in DIAKRIT systems & processes
  • Highly customer focused, and customer satisfaction driven
  • Driven, determined and focused to co-lead a successful team

Additional information:

The work will be performed at our HQ in Bangkok, Thailand
Work hours will be 2.30am to 11.30am or 3.30am to 12.30pm depending on daylight savings time.
